Candidate Statement:

My goals as Director of Membership are to grow NGAW into a stronger, more connected, and more engaged association that every member is proud to be part of. I want to build real relationships across the state, strengthen trust in our organization, and ensure every soldier and airman understands that NGAW is their voice, their network, and their advocate.

I am committed to increasing membership, improving retention, and creating a culture where members feel valued, informed, and inspired to participate. I want to bring energy, purpose, and momentum to our membership efforts so we do not simply maintain numbers, but build a united association that stands ready to support, develop, and fight for our force.
